Whitney White began her postal career in 2011 as a PSE in Westland, Michigan, and became a career Sales and Service Associate in 2015. She later served at the Mount Clemens Post Office before joining the Customer Care Center in 2021as a Tier 2 Agent. After serving as Acting Supervisor in 2022, Whitney was promoted to Customer Relations Coordinator in April 2025. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication to customer service, leadership, and community engagement.
