Whitney White began her postal career in 2011 as a PSE in Westland, Michigan, and became a career Sales and Service Associate in 2015. She later served at the Mount Clemens Post Office before joining the Customer Care Center in 2021as a Tier 2 Agent. After serving as Acting Supervisor from 2022 through 2025, Whitney was promoted to Customer Relations Coordinator in April 2025. Whitney is Lean Sigma Yellow-Belt Certified. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication to customer service, leadership, and community engagement.
