Carol
is a Customer Relations Coordinator for the Michigan 1 District. She has been with the Postal Service since 1992 and held multiple positions in the organization. She began with off-loading trailers at the Bulk Mail Center to Retail Service to Business Sales and Service. She has been focused on Customer Service throughout her career. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be an asset to our customers in the Michigan area. In her free time, she enjoys painting, crafting, and playing with family and friends.
