Letice brings with her 27 years of dedicated service, having begun her career in 1998
as a window clerk and processing and distribution clerk in Westland, MI. Over the
years, she has made impactful contributions across various departments, including
Finance, Employee Development, Business Mail Entry and the Customer Care Center.
In 2024 Letice was promoted to Supervisor, Distribution Operations at the Metroplex,
following her role as A/Customer Care Supervisor in Troy, MI. Her Extensive
experience in customer service, operational management and employee development
has prepared her well for this new role and makes her an invaluable addition to the
Customer Relations Team.
