LaDonna Smith is the Consumer Affairs Manager for the Michigan 1 District, bringing extensive experience and a strong commitment to customer advocacy. Before joining the Customer Relations team in 2019, she served in a variety of managerial roles across Customer Service, Retail, and Delivery, each with increasing levels of responsibility.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Davenport University and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.

LaDonna is passionate about elevating the customer experience and strengthening partnerships within the mailing industry. She proudly serves as an Executive Board Member of the Detroit Postal Customer Council, where she collaborates with business leaders and industry partners to support education, innovation, and community engagement.

Dedicated to service beyond her professional role, LaDonna leads a mentorship group that helps Gen Z identify and develop their strengths and talents. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
