Stephanie began her postal career in 1994 as a city letter carrier. She has also held the A/Supervisor Customer service until she entered the ASP program, from which she graduated as an Associate Supervisor in Trenton. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to the Redford Branch, where she worked as a Supervisor in Mail Processing, Finance, and Delivery.
During her career, has held titled positions as manager in level 20 - 22 Post offices in 482, CSOM 2 and is currently Post Office Operations Manager 2 and detailed as Postmaster of Detroit February 20, 2016. She has also detailed as the Manager of Operation Program Support in 2020. In addition, she served as a member of the USPS/NALC Joint Safety Committee and currently on the Key Resource Board for the Detroit District, has served on many review board fro Level 17 - 24 positions. Stephanie has her Associates Degree in Business Administration for University of Phoenix. She graduated from the Management Leadership Program Class 21 in March 2014 and achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Status in 2015 and has also completed the Advance Leadership Program (ALP)

Derron M. Bray is the Executive Postmaster, Detroit Post Office, Great Lakes Area. He serves as the 35th Postmaster of the City of Detroit, since being established in 1802.
Derron began his postal career in 1993 as a mail handler at the Detroit Bulk Mail Center. He entered the management ranks shortly thereafter, graduating from the Detroit District’s first Associate Supervisor Program in 1996.
Derron has served the Detroit metropolitan area in delivery and customer service management positions of increasing responsibility including Supervisor, Customer Services; Manager, Customer Services; Manager, Delivery and Customer Service Programs; and Manager, Operations Programs Support. Derron has also been detailed in Postmaster and Post Office Operations Manager positions in the Great Lakes Area. He served in his first executive detail assignment as the Acting Executive Post Office Operations Manager for Chicago District.
Derron has been successful in keeping the team focused and working on improving service in his most recent detail assignment as the Acting Detroit Postmaster. Delivery and customer services in Detroit District are trending in a positive direction, due to Derron’s knowledge of the Detroit metro area and support of service improvement initiatives.
Derron attended Wayne State University and received an Honorable Discharge for his two-term service as a member of the United States Air Force. Derron is a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program, and he is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Patricia began her postal career in 1993 as PTF City Carrier at Brightmoor Station. She has held several detailed positions to include Plant Mgr., Detroit P&DC: Postmaster, Detroit: Customer Service Supervisor and CSOM for Area 1 and 2. Throughout her postal career, she has also held the following titled positions: Associate Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor and Operations Manager-Area2. Patricia is an MLP graduate, green belt certified and bronze certified from Analytics University. She has completed and certified training in PDM. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. She recently was promoted to Manager, Marketing, Detroit District, September 2018.

Paul Brotz is the Industry Co-Chair for the Detroit PCC. He has over 21 years of experience in working with the Detroit Area Postal Customer Councils.
Mr Brotz has over 30 years of experience in the mailing and shipping industry, in 1985 he started working for a local mail order tool company and in 1992 began work for an international mailing organization. He was involved in the start-up of a local Presort Company and helped grow it to be one of the largest in the area.
He has been active in many local civic activities which has included coaching girls’ basketball at Salem High School. He is a graduate of Cleary University.
Dan Lesperance joined the Postal Service in Belleville, Michigan in 1993 as a mail processing clerk and then as a retail window clerk. He was promoted to the Business Development Team as a Small Business Specialist and eBay Days Instructor where he learned Mailing Requirements, Customer Relations, and Selling Skills. Later he was promoted to the USPS Headquarters Field Sales Team, where he worked as a Business Solutions Specialist and Sr. Specialist. He next took a position as Customer Relations Coordinator for the City of Detroit, which handles a variety of customer service activities for both internal and external customers. Currently, Dan is the Detroit District Retail Manager overseeing the Retail Customer Experience at all of the Metro-Detroit Post Offices and does events surrounding stamp releases out in the communities. Dan brings with him a wide variety of knowledge and experience and will be an asset to our customers in the Metro-Detroit area.

Bob has been a part of the Detroit mail industry scene for 33 years. He is currently the Operations Manager of Pitney Bowe in Romulus. He started as an office employee in 1985 for a local mailing company and has worked his way through the administrative and production end of the industry giving him the well rounded experience needed to manage in today’s environment. His roots are in Southwest Detroit where he stayed until he left to attend Western Michigan University. He currently resides in Brownstown Twp. with his girlfriend Toni Adler and their 2 Yorkies, Max and Sasha. In his spare time he enjoys a relaxing day on the golf course with his friends.

An active executive board member of the Detroit PCC and the former Southeast Michigan PCC since 2007 and received the 2015 Detroit PCC Industry Member of the Year. I have coordinated several of the PCC Golf Outings and tracked and reported on the status of the PCC Gold Level requirements – the Detroit PCC has achieved the National Postal Customer Council Requirements for the Gold Level 5 consecutive years and we have achieved the Platinum Level for 2016 and 2017.
I am the Product Development Coordinator at Zeal Credit Union and the former Marketing Director at the Priority Community Credit Union serving the USPS employees of southeast Michigan. I have worked in the financial industry for over 30 years. I am licensed in the State of Michigan as a producer for Accident and Health and Life Insurance and administer the group dental insurance plans for Zeal Credit Union members. I earned my Bachelor of Management Degree from the University of Phoenix-Michigan in 1997.

I joined the United States Postal Service in 2007, as a City Letter Carrier at the River Rouge Post Office. In 2011, I became an Acting Delivery Supervisor at River Rouge, under the mentorship of Manager Michelle Lewis. I am now Acting Customer Relations Coordinator for Area II in the city of Detroit, overseeing customer service and revenue-related concerns for the Post Offices on the west side of the city. I have held this position since July 2012, reporting directly to Postmaster Lloyd Wesley, Jr. I am also a USPS Board member of the Detroit Postal Customer Council (PCC), with active involvement in the planning of and participation in the PCC's varied events throughout the year. I have been happily married since June 2012 to Jerrod A. Rabb. In March 2014, we welcomed a daughter, Michaela, who joined my stepsons Jerrod, Jr. and Kendall to make us a family of five.

As a Consumer affairs Clerk she assisted residential and small business customers with their mailing needs. In 2007, she was promoted to Business Service Network Representative. Lisa was detailed as Manager, Consumer and Industry contact. Lisa overseas the Customer Experience for business customers. Lisa brings with her a wide variety of knowledge and experience and will be an asset to our customers in the Metro-Detroit area.

Tim holds an associate’s degree in Management from the University of Maryland. He has served in the United States Army for eleven years, and earned certificates from the U.S. Army’s Logistics Management College. Tim is a graduate of the USPS Advanced Leadership Program, and he has completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt executive training. Tim is the Marketing Manager for the Detroit District.

Later she was promoted to the Business Service Network, BSN, where she worked as a Specialist, Sr. Specialist, and A/Manager. As a Customer Relations Coordinator for the City of Detroit, she handled a variety of customer service activities for both internal and external customers. She held the position of Business Development Specialist where the main focus is to attract new business by growing the business of existing clients through marketing and sales. Currently, Carol has returned to her roots as the Customer Relations Coordinator for the City of Detroit and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be an asset to our customers in the Michigan area.

Norman Zatorski received his bachelor’s degree in management from Western Michigan University while working summers in the printing and direct mail industry. Norman was essentially raised in the industry from a young age as his stepfather, who raised him, was a pioneer of the Metro-Detroit market.
Norman got his feet wet in the industry by sweeping floors before rising through the ranks of production, data management, customer service and sales. He is a USPS certified Mail Design Professional (MDP) and has received numerous USPS certificates over his many years in the industry.
As a proud father of one son and one daughter, Norman often spends his time in a bowling center or on the water creating memories with his family. He was a gifted bowler when he was younger and has coached hundreds of people throughout the years. Norman bowled his first 300 game at 20 years old and his son bowled his at just 17 years old. Although his daughter is still working hard at her game, Norman sees a perfect game in her future as well.
